Are the classes live?

All classes are on-demand, so you’ve total freedom as to when, where, and how comfortable a setting you decide to do them!

Do I need to do the classes at a specific time?

Nope! ProvenPracticeADHD’s classes are on-demand, so it’s up to you when, and where, you do them.

For the 8 week program, what if I don’t complete the course in time?

If you complete 2-3 classes each week, you’ll complete the course in plenty time. However, you have access to the course for 10 weeks from purchase, so you can have some flexibility, and also some motivation to complete the program. (prefrontal cortex, activated!)

For the 8 week program, do we do different practices each week?

Weeks 1-2 are Meditation, weeks 3-4 Breathwork, weeks 5-6 Yoga, and the last week is a mix of all three. With each practice, you’ll learn how it can be used in relation to specific ADHD challenges. So you could say, you’ll have three tools (Breathwork, Meditation, Yoga) for each ADHD challenge.
