For the 8 week program, what if I don’t complete the course in time?

You have access to the course for 10 weeks from purchase, so you must complete 2 classes per week to complete the course in time. you can have some flexibility, and also some motivation to complete the program. (prefrontal cortex, activated!)

For the 8 week program, do we do different practices each week?

Weeks 1-2 are Meditation, weeks 3-4 Breathwork, weeks 5-6 Yoga, and the last week is a mix of all three. With each practice, you’ll learn how it can be used in relation to specific ADHD challenges. So you could say, you’ll have three tools (Breathwork, Meditation, Yoga) for each ADHD challenge.
